“I always knew that children would be affected but never to this degree.  Loved this training, everybody who works with children should attend …you never know who’s affected!”

Sarah P., Swansea

Full day course suitable for anyone who works with or has contact with children and needs to expand their knowledge and understanding of the far reaching effects of domestic abuse on children.

If you work with or around children then this training is suitable for you. Children are often the hidden victims of domestic abuse and don’t feel they have any say over what is happening. Ninety percent of children are in the same or next room when the abuse is happening. Victim parents usually think they are protecting their children by sending them to another room or even by staying with the perpetrator! This issue is not black and white and the complexities are deep rooted. The effects on these children can last long into adulthood if this is not dealt with at the earliest possible opportunity.
