Bookings

  • Bookings require a minimum payment for 6 participants
  • Please also look out for pre booked sessions available for individuals to attend
  • Short course 2 hours
  • Half day- 3.5-4 hours
  • Full day
  • A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • With or without venue – We can source a venue if you are unable to provide one. This will be available at an extra cost.
  • With or without lunch – we can also arrange for lunch to be provided if the venue allows this is available at a cost per head.
  • Full payment needs to be made within 28 days of issued invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but Camau are happy to rearrange the date for you should any issues arise. Our cancellation policy stipulates that a notice period of 7 days is required to change a booking. If Camau staff need to cancel or rearrange the training date then either:-
  • You will be entitled to a 10% reduction on final payment OR
  • You will be entitled to cancel and your full deposit returned within 14 days
